Great location, not too far from Elephant. Near a convenient area to have dinner and Houston. Absolutely fantastic and immaculate room with a mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea making machines, and a seating area. Large bathroom with separate showers. Amazingly kind staff.

The rooms were spacious and fantastic with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff turned out to be incredibly kind and extremely accommodating. The location turned out to be excellent, so close to Houston, and a convenient area.

The food was appetising - good choice of options. The room was good and lovely and what's more - included a hairdryer, terry cloth robes and slippers. The staff were awesome and wonderful and the location was magnificent in the middle of jackson.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and spacious room and excellent bathroom facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us. We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. The room was a haven with modern amenities, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and sauna, providing us with a welcome relaxation.
